Return/Exchange Policy (US Orders)

We like to treat our customers well as well as stand behind our product! 

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a refund or exchange within 30 days of your order date. Please note that the purchaser will bear the cost of return shipping.

All returned and exchanged items must be in brand-new “sellable” condition. This means it should be completely unused and devoid of any stains, scuffs or scratches on the hardware, and detachable pacifier case included. When packing the return, the bag must not be crushed or folded into a smaller box, which will ruin the bag, resulting in a rejected return.

    If you are not 100% satisfied with your nea baby products, we can process your return in three easy steps:

    Step 1: Contact us via email and let us know that you want to process a return (please include your order number in your email).

    Step 2: We will send you our return address. Ship the package back to us via any method you choose. Please make sure to keep your return tracking number and any other relevant information in the unlikely event that we do not receive your return shipment.

    Step 3: Wait for an email from us. As soon as we receive the package, we will process your return.


    If you received your bag as a gift and would like to make a return or exchange, please email us with the gift giver's full name or order number so that we can initiate your return or exchange for you.


    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

    Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

    If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
